Location
Located in the quiet town of La Paz in Puerto de la Cruz, the hotel is 1 km from the saltwater pools of Lake Martianez. The beach is a 5-minute drive from the hotel, there are bars and restaurants within 100 metres and the shops and links to the public transport network are around 300 metres away. The botanical gardens are just 300 metres from the hotel, while Loro Park, Playa Jardin and the centre of Puerto de la Cruz are all just 10 minutes away by car. The Mount Teide volcano is roughly a 45-minute drive from the hotel, while Tenerife Norte (los Rodeos) and Tenerife Sur-Reina Sofia airports are approximately 25 km and 100 km away, respectively.

The resort was built in 1973. The holiday complex comprises a total of 390 rooms. At the accommodation, travellers are welcomed at the reception area with 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-in/check-out service. Most of the storeys can be reached by lift.
